Details

Meaning: An Amazigh King’s name.

Material: Real burgundy Moroccan leather, Vintage wool Berber Hanbel, sequins.

Description: Hanbel is made through a flat-weave process whereby the weaver threads the weft back and forth through the wrap until the rug or pillow is finished.

Symbology: A diamond shape (women’s womb) surrounded by the protective element Hamsa (The camel’s foot print) which is filled with male elements (the Parmalki). Sequins are used as protection to keep away the evil eye.
